Nope, there isn't a minimum rental period. However, you'll be charged for a minimum of 6 hours.

Yes, we do require a 25% deposit to secure your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. However, if you make your reservation online, the full balance is collected at that time.

Yes, the price for our inflatable rentals includes both the set up and delivery. However, please note that an additional fee might apply depending on the specific location of your event. 

We typically set up 1-2 hours before your reservation begins. This ensures everything is ready for you to enjoy your full 6-hour rental period. 

We can set up inflatables on grass, asphalt, concrete, or indoors in large spaces like gyms or halls. The surface needs to be relatively flat and clear of any sharp objects, debris, or overhead obstructions like power lines or low-hanging branches. For safety, we can't set up on gravel or slopes.

If you don't have a 120V power source available, we do offer generators for rent to ensure the inflatables can operate smoothly at your event. 

Absolutely! We take cleanliness very seriously. All of our inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental to ensure a hygienic and safe experience for everyone.

Generally, yes, the renter is responsible for any damages to the inflatable that occur during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.  This typically includes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow our safety guidelines.  We do ask that you please notify us immediately if any damage occurs so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action. 

However, we understand that accidents can happen. We do have a damage assessment process, and the specific responsibility and any associated costs would depend on the nature and extent of the damage. We can discuss this in more detail when you book, and it will also be outlined in our rental agreement.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure your reservation. This deposit guarantees the availability of your selected inflatable(s) for your event date and time.

Cancellations with Full Payment: If the full rental payment has been made and you choose to cancel your reservation, the 75% balance of your payment will be refunded to you. Please note that the initial 25% deposit remains non-refundable.

Cancellation Timeline: To be eligible for the 75% refund (if full payment has been made), cancellation notice must be provided to us at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled event. Cancellations made with less notice will not be eligible for any refund beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms) that make the safe operation of the inflatable impossible, we reserve the right to cancel the rental. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule your event for a mutually agreeable date and time, subject to availability within 6 months. If rescheduling is not possible, the 75% balance (if full payment was made) will be refunded. The initial 25% deposit may be applied to a future booking.
